The Role

As an Outbound Marketing Consultant, your duties would be spread across an array of areas. In terms of outbound marketing, you will be involved with provide information on IT products and services through outbound enquiries and ultimately generating leads from these outbound calls for the sales teams of our clients and partners to follow up. There is also an aspect of data administration as you will help with CRM and organisation/reporting on client databases and, importantly, any leads you identify through your calls.

The ideal applicant should be:

  • A natural communicator with excellent spoken and written skills
  • Previous outbound/sales experience is advantageous, preferably business facing calling
  • Passionate about sales and lead generation
  • Driven and enthusiastic
  • Able to build rapport and overcome objections
  • A great team player and comfort working in a close team environment
  • MS Office competency, particularly Excel and Word
  • Skills in Salesforce or HubSpot advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Interested in the IT industry
  • IT knowledge and understanding also advantageous but not essential
